The Wing Joint
The PVC structure for the front and back legs uses 1-1/4" PVC. I thought 1" PVC might not be able to take the stress loads. For the wing joint I used a 1/4" threaded rod drilling holes through the 1-1/4" PVC tubes. The 1" PVC tubes of the wings will neatly fit inside the 1-1/4" tubes. Afterwards I drilled holes to allow for the pin.
